Next Ventures is looking for a SAP BW HR specialist for an exciting role in Brussels.Role:
Collaborates with the functional consultant of the local HR IT team in order to deliver a BI solution that fulfills the agreed business requirements. The senior BW consultant develops and tests enhancements to SAP systems, based on customer requirements and according to solution designs. Performs frequently new and varied work that involves a high degree of complexity.
Advices and contributes to IT-Demand teams in their requirements gathering and analysis.
Follows up and proactively communicates on project progress, opportunities and challenges.
Works independently in writing specifications of extractors for the Development team, building data models and flows according to solution designs and Blueprint, applying best practices.
Writes documentation (WRICEF, Technical documentation,)
Conduct Unit Tests and String Tests
Support Integration Tests and UAT
Support short term Post go-Live activities and knowledge transfer
Keeps current with latest technology
Organizes, prepares and presents meetings (strong communication/presentation skills), managing mitigations
In adherence to the client company's policies and while adapting to the business environment.
General skills
- Extensive experience in SAP BW
- Experience of at least 2 full implementation cycles
- Effective in delivering presentations and running meetings
- Experience in participation in all phases of a project: blueprint workshop, writing functional specifications, customizing, organizing local workshops
- Experience in BusinessObjects is an important asset

- Hands-on experience in SAP BW 7.x
