This is a great opportunity to work as a Support Technician through my leading technology client.
As a support technician within the infra team you will work in a team of 5 - 10 people serving infra market. You will share with the other team members the responsibility to handle incoming issues via phone or mail.
Tasks
- Resolve incoming problems that are called in from the user via the customer Service Desk, in close cooperation with the user at site and answer how-to questions from the user so that the user is able to continue his tasks.
- Do the setup and the maintenance of the hardware and the applications that are used by the involved customers
- Support in projects and requests for which the customer asks assistance and advice.
- Assist in increasing the efficiency and quality of the work within Local IT Support internally, in order to work cost efficient
- Working hours on weekdays between 07h00-19h00 including Saturday mornings.
