DescriptionEvaluates and analyzes salary data for executives and top management. Administers company executive compensation programs, including executive salary surveys, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans. Will assist with the 2014 plan and help prepare for the 2014 board meeting.
SKILLS:
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Excellent written and communication skills are a must for this role.
