Customer and Field Support Contract- UMTS, 3G, 4G- WiltshireThe person in this role must have
- Expertise in 3G, 4G and UTRAN network features.
- Knowledge of UMTS test environments.
- Experience with customer support roles.
This position is working for a cutting edge telecoms company. This role will require the person to have an in depth knowledge of 3G,4G networks. This role would involve dealing with customers on a daily basis and so because of this some previous experience is necessary. The person in this role would be responsible for the handling of software test and release issues. The management of resources and forecasting of issues would also be another important part of the position.
