Born through demand WEBSIR has for over a decade been creating the perfect image through a lens, on line, in print for many household names/personalities & blue chip companies. We have studios in Burford (Oxfordshire) Shrewsbury & Bahrain, a friendly, prestigious design agency looking for talented lead developer to join our team.

We regularly work on new and existing websites, handle marketing work for clients, and print work.

You will work with the design team to settle client visuals, and use this to create a functional and responsive website. You'll need to be able to handle a flexible priority list, because clients.

Prerequisites

• HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Experience of CSS preprocessors (SCSS, LESS).
• PHP skills and the ability to work with legacy code; Framework knowledge not as important as being able to write clean and reusable code.
• SQL knowledge. PDO with MySQL is most common used in house
• Strong Googling skills.

Bonus points

• Experience of Yeoman, Jekyll or other build tools.
• Experience working with HTML emails; building and/or distributing.
• Use of semantic HTML.
• Basic command line/prompt experience
• Knowledge of git/source control.

The 'very impressed' list

• Knowledge of Ruby and/or Node.js would extremely useful.
• Experience using e-commerce platforms; Shopify, OpenCart.
• Can you show us any marketing initiatives using tools such as Groupon?
• Experience of client/customer service, sales or other forward facing roles.

You need to be able to get to Bradwell Village, OX184XH, during the week.
