The Client:Our client, an international company leader in developing efficient software accounting systems, is now looking for an IT Support Representatives (Swedish speaker) to join their growing team in Malta.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Supporting to the Sales and Customer Services departments inside the Scandinavian market
Helping and advising the end users
Collaborating with the Support Manager and Business Partner
Carrying out the company targets
Extensive experience with MS Office software
Some experience with Microsoft Windows servers and Microsoft SQL
Key Skills and Knowledge:
Minimum of 1 years work experience in IT Technician systems (ERP systems)
Experience with accounting systems
Problem solving skills
Team spirit
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and (Swedish or Norwegian)
