Your tasks:
- In charge of all incoming requests
- Respond to questions and enquiries from e.g. consumers and health care professionals
- Provide medical information following appropriate rules and regulations , the main focus will be on the therapeutic area of virology
- Identification of adverse events
- Record all medical requests in a database
- Literature research
- Update of information material in collaboration with Medical Managers
- Compilation of medical information statistics
- Support of Medical Managers (preparation of advisory board meetings, KOL management and approval of promotional material)
Your qualifications
- Profound relevant experience in medical information
- Healthcare experience
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
