CRM Consultant

CRM Consultant is required for a leading global professional services company in Central London.

As the CRM Consultant you will be delivering components (new and updated) to support a new global CRM system working very closely with Project & Programme teams, Testing teams and Third Party Vendors.

Responsibilities will include:
*Application and interface design and specification
*Managing of process for upgrades, patches, fixes and documentation
*Issue/Task management of Change Requests, upgrades and test outcomes
*Data Migration into CRM (data load and issue resolution)
*Providing technical documentation

This role falls into two main parts:

1) Software Delivery - making sure components are installed and configured properly on Servers

2) Data Migration - importing data into system, analysing performance and issues with data, problem resolution

As CRM Consultant you must be proven in software delivery, design and solution implementation skills. You should also have a good level of exposure to and understanding of  C#, .Net, Web Server environments, Relational Databases - MS SQL.  Previous exposure to CRM systems is highly desired, such as MS Dynamics, Interaction, Thomson Reuters Elite etc is highly sought after.

Experience of TRE BDS/Hubbard One will be highly advantageous.
