My Client an Investment Bank based in Brussels, require a Senior Business Analyst for the domain Lending. He/she will have to meet the profile described below.
Function Description:
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis on a specific project.
Depending on the exact project you will be working on, you will be responsible for one or more of the following activitities:
o Formalize the business needs and requirements for IT development (either new developments or updates of existing applications)
o Give support to IT regarding their own analysis and validate the IT deliverables (functional analysis)
o Coordinate, collaborate and make the necessary links within the Engineering team (with Process and Business Engineering experts, with other business analysts) and outside the Engineering team (E2E Process Owners, other Engineering team members)
o Prepare and coordinate tests scenarios, with the help of process/application experts + execute tests
o Prepare and implement the change management (communication plan, training)
o Prepare the transition to after care (incl. project closure).
Education & Soft skills:
Able to reach a helicopter view and summarize complex topics
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Experience in process modelling and design
Dynamic, flexible, pro-active, structured
Experience -
Mandatory:
Coordination skills to discuss with stakeholders inside and outside the domain in order to guarantee the deliverables in time/scope/cost.
You have a vast experience of at least 6 years in business analysis of highly complex IT projects
Knowledge of bank domain Credits
Technical skills around architecture and data models.
MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
MS PowerPoint (strong presentation skills), ARIS
Preferable:
Project Management Methodology.
Clarity/Open Work Bench
Knowledge of BNP Paribas Fortis organization
Previous experience in the definition of IT and business architecture models
Language: Active knowledge of Dutch, French and English
