Role: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Job Description:
- Support for all aspects of IT infrastructure, including, Servers, Desktop & Laptop Hardware and Software in accordance with agreed Service Levels
- Good knowledge of Windows Servers and backups
- Good knowledge of local area network infrastructures
- A Good working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and applications (in particular Microsoft Office) is essential
- Outlook/Exchange 2010 support skills required
- Good knowledge of Active Directory account creation and password changes
- Maintain software and windows updates.
- Troubleshooting of issues with desktop/laptops, applications and peripherals
- Experience working in a customer facing environment is essential
