Role: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Job Description:

  • Support for all aspects of IT infrastructure, including, Servers, Desktop & Laptop Hardware and Software in accordance with agreed Service Levels
  • Good knowledge of Windows Servers and backups
  • Good knowledge of local area network infrastructures
  • A Good working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and applications (in particular Microsoft Office) is essential
  • Outlook/Exchange 2010 support skills required
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory account creation and password changes
  • Maintain software and windows updates.
  • Troubleshooting of issues with desktop/laptops, applications and peripherals
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment is essential
