GSM-R RF Planning Engineer – Austria / Eastern Europe
On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a GSM-R RF Planning Engineer to be based either in Paris, France or Vienna, Austria on 3-6 months contract basis.

Responsibilities:
• Realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial networks.
• Take in charge of the RF planning including link budget, simulation, and radio parameters design for the networks.
• Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach.
• Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance.
• RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to improve the radio network performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronic or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in RF Planning
• Good knowledge of GSM-R
• Fluent in English – any additional language a strong plus
• RF planning tools skillset: Atoll/Forsk & ICS Designer/Atdi
