Key Responsibility of a IT Operations Analyst:
- Establishing, evolving and maintaining professional application support methodologies within SHL.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products, Active Directory, group policies and associated technologies
- Understanding of testing methodologies
- Install, configure, commission, test, release, troubleshoot, document and maintain agreed solutions.
- Testing of new processes, reports and software before user acceptance testing commences.
- Provide user support to internal staff
- Technical understanding of core applications
- Microsoft Exchange administrator
- Coaching trainees
- Deployment
- Mobile device management and security
- Troubleshooting & problem solving skills
- Previous experience in the Banking & Finance industry
- Active Directory
