Your tasks:
- Project management
- Lead yourself, topics, performance, stakeholders and team
- Teach and mentor junior internal ressources to step up to your level
- The position offered is not directly associated with a project
- You need to act as an ambassador for IT even if it collides with own interests (e.g. project is not continued)
- A high level of integrity and commitment towards the principal's interests is a must
Your qualifications
- Solid expertise in professional project management and leadership
- Strong method set from professional consulting background expected, incl. PM certification
- Process and SAP knowledge in OTC and surrounding competence fields
- Experienced in running projects involving off shore and provider models
- Experience in IT enviroment with offshored development
- English and German
- Strong emotional intelligence, integrety and solution focus
