A Global Bio Pharmaceutical organisation currently requires an experienced Product Transfer Lead to work at their facility in The Netherlands.Role:
Their Pharmaceutical Science & Technology (S&T) department is expanding their team of technology transfer specialists and is searching for a (Senior) Scientist Global Product Transfers, who will be responsible for:
•Interfacing between donor and receiving drug product manufacturing sites
•Ensuring faultless product transfer
•Maximising product quality in an efficient and timely manner.
•Working in close collaboration with the manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, quality, Analytical S&T and Pharmaceutical S&T departments.
Requirements:
•MSc or PhD degree in pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering or food technology
•At least 5 years of experience with various aspects of manufacturing in a relevant operational or technical support environment (experience with technology transfer, quality systems, costs of goods assessment, unit operation expertise, connecting material attributes with product performance)
•Strong expertise in troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor and/or in the laboratory
•Able to communicate at various levels with professionals with different expertise
•Experience with Lean/Six-Sigma methodologies highly desirable (Green belt level or higher)
•Good command of English, Dutch and/or French highly desirable
•Project management skills (able to drive project and obtain results)
•100% Pro-active approach, driving issue resolution across different departments and customers
