Below is a list of the qualifications the successful candidate must have:
*Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Mechanical, Structural or Marine Engineering required, masters or advanced degree preferred
*Eligibility to work in the US without restrictions and available for sizable amount of international travel
*Being physically capable of transported to an offshore rig by boat or helicopter
*Ability to gather and analyze/synthesize data, confirming its accuracy and adequacy as an integral part of the collective analysis/synthesis process
*Demonstrated effective leadership and knowledge of financial accounting, purchasing and management systems
Below is a list of key experience/knowledge the successful candidate must have:
*Integration and follow up with subcontractors and vendors
*Proving technical advice and management assistance to departmental personnel
*Supports project teams in the application of Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) company guidelines and conditions of the Vessel Construction Agreement (VCA) or Master Service Agreement (MSA)
*Maintaining and overseeing project construction relating to cost and commissioning
*Facilitate project information and records management processes to ensure effective transfer of responsibilities
*Support financial management activities, including cost estimating, budget creation, cost monitoring, control and close out tasks
