Computer Futures are currently looking for an IT Director to join a client based in South Wales.

This is a great opportunity to join a very fast paced exciting environment and a chance to put your own stamp on this companies IT Strategy moving forward and prove your skill and ability to make a real impact on the company's future. This role will offer you the chance to have full control of everything in the IT arena including the following:

Information systems planning, budgeting, purchasing, and implementation.

Coordinating work with all information system vendors.

Supporting all departments in maintaining policies and procedures in electronic formats and assisting with other electronic document needs.

Developing and promulgating processes and policies for the development and maintenance of the local information systems.

In coordination with the training, developing and implementing training programs for application software products.

Managing, supervising, and training employees.

Planning and managing projects without supervision.

Day to day maintenance, documentation, troubleshooting, and monitoring of information systems.

Handling problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up, referring more complex problems to outside consultants or technical staff at partners.

Installing, documenting, inventorying, maintaining, and troubleshooting all information technology assets.

This role can pay a salary between £60,000 - £100,000 and offers an excellent benefits package.
