Description
A Software Test Engineer is needed for a 12 month contract opportunity in Germany. The successful candidate will work with a leading Aerospace Engineering firm on their client's site in southern Germany. As a Software Engineer with Test experience you will be part of the development of a functional flight control system simulation model providing Test expertise and aiding in the development and installation of the project.Responsibilities:
* Development & Bug fixing
* Implement Unit and Subsystem Tests (Test Scripts)
* Update and development of software modules
* Development of supporting tools and other systems as necessary
* Testing on simulation models
* Analysis of test results
* Acceptance testing
* Prepare documentation including manuals, test procedures, interface control description and software version descriptions
Skills required:
* ONLY English, German, Italian or Spanish nationalities can apply
* Experience in the analysis of software and technical requirements
* Application programming experience in C and C++
* Object Orientated OOD methodology
* Software Development and Testing background
* Fluent English
* Avionic and Aerospace experience
