I am working heavily within the ophthalmic market place and am now looking for an UK&I Marketing Manager.

Due to organisational changes this is a chance to add value in a newly formed team. The team is currently working on the 'go to market' plan for 2014.

They are a well known and successful global ophthalmic organisation with a reputable brand name and an exciting product portfolio.

Reporting into the Business Management Director you will successfully manage and implement the marketing plan for Surgical and Prescriptions business. With a mix between business development, marketing and customer/KOL management; you will be responsible for:
  • Building the training and marketing plan for maximizing growth potential of new products
  • Helping devise the annual UK/Ireland Marketing plan
  • Supporting Product Specialists during early product trials
  • Demonstrating strong capability in influencing KOLsCo-ordinates all major conferences and medical communications


Key skills necessary:
  • Life Sciences degree
  • Previous experience of operating within a multi-national healthcare company
  • 7+ yrs experience in product/marketing management in Medical Devices
  • Ability to embrace change
  • Deliver to tight deadlines in a results orientated organisation


Salary - £60-70k (negotiable) with exciting package.
