Description
An East Bay based oncology pharmaceutical company is looking for a very experienced oncology CTM to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive IST (Investigator Initiated Trial) and Phase 4 experience within oncology trials.This is a great opportunity for those interested in utilizing and expanding their oncology research management experience. The candidate will be responsible for site start up and management activities, including budgeting, negotiations, compliance, protocol quality assurance, vendor management, CRF submittals, data cleans, and study closeout activities.
This ideal candidate will have:
- Previous oncology research management experience
- Minimum of 8 years pharmaceutical industry including (at least 4 years CSM/CTM experience).
- Prior monitoring experience is required.
- Oncology trial experience is a must.
- Experience in site initiation, preparation of periodic clinical study progress
- Interpersonal relationships, communication, decision making, execution/results/process improvement, presentation, customer satisfaction, leadership, people and talent management
- Experience in Microsoft Office
This job is located in Dublin, CA.
