Description
Exciting medical device company in Massachusetts seeks expert manufacturing engineer to work on major process improvement projects and playing a lead role to provide engineering support to the product development teams. Salary is highly attractive at up to $130k and we are seeking someone seasoned in engineering at other med device companies!This group is highly collaborative with over 15 members in the team, and growing - ideally we are looking for people with experience in:
- Six sigma, lean techniques
- Continuous improvement background
- Develop PFMEAs, BOMs, routings, etc
- Lead changes in engineering, design, systems
- Manage projects in a timely manner
- CAPA activities
Experience required includes:
- Med device familiarity on 13485, CFR 21 820
- Team lead and project lead experience
- Effective engineering implementation and process improvement background
- Engaging and efficient communication skills
