description:
- Conduct critical assessments and audits of ALL processes and equipment to identify areas of improvement.
- Oversee quality assurance reviews and approvals of Validation, Technical Services, Engineering and Quality Control protocols, procedures, test plans and summary reports.
- Initiate and ensure quality complaints and out-of-specification (OOS) criteria are fully investigated, documented, and reported in compliance with SOP's.
- Oversight of Controlled Documentation, Change Control, Deviation, and Revalidation programs.
- Review and propose corrections to SOPs, Work Instructions, and related Quality Documentation.
- Participate in quality and regulatory audits; represent site validation efforts during 3rd party audits.
- Lead and mentor QA technician staff.
