SThree is looking for experienced Oil and Gas Recruitment Consultants to join one of our specialist brands, specifically looking at the Oil and Gas sector.

As a recruitment consultant working the Oil and Gas markets, you will be dealing with Candidates looking for salaries from £50,000 and above so professionalism and respect is a must. The sort of clients you'll work with could be SME's or International Oil and Gas Companies and the ability to tailor your pitch accordingly will be essential.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 1-2 year's recruitment experience, preferably within Oil and Gas, with a proven track record of billing ideally with new business, and you will be able to prove your successes and achievements. A degree is desired, but not essential but you will have strong communication skills both written and oral.
