For our customer we are looking for a Configuration Manager - BMC Atrium
Team objective:
Will be part of ADDM implementation project where ADDM data should be imported into to the existing Remedy CMDB.
Tasks involved:
Doing normalisation and reconsiliation on data i Attrium CMDB 8.1
Implementing workflows and processes for Service Asset and Configuration Management
Required skills:
Remedy 8.1 super user
Experienced in Attrium 8.1
Experienced in ADDM
ITIL foundation
Experience working in large Nordic organizations
Start: 01.01.2014
Duration: 31.03.2014 with possibility to be prolonged
Location: Copenhagen
Work load: 100%
Working language: English and/or Danish
