Defines, plans and clarifies roles and responsibilities for the integration tests required for the April Go Lives
Responsibilities
- Refine the April Go Lives integration test scope developed by the DA
- Review the existing workstream plans to identify synergies and gaps
- Define the programme April Go Live integration test approach, timings, roles and responsibilities
- Facilitate the sign off of the integration test approach by programme and business
- Work with the workstreams to ensure that integration test activities for each integration test in scope are clearly documented in an appropriate plan(s)
- Develop and own the integration test plan
- Report status
