IT Research Manager - Contract - London - £competitive
Synergize Consulting are now hiring for an IT Research Manager to work for a leading public sector client based in London on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will be required to provide research expertise in order to work on a high profile IT project to ensure its transition to a leading public website has a high level of usability.
Responsibilities include:
- Create a detailed iterative research plan for the project
- Implement the iterative research plan, including co-ordinating and conducting research
- Support agile development and products by embedding customer insight into the agile development teams
- Co-ordinate quantitative analysis plans that include: sampling, questionnaire design, analysis specification, developing verbatim coding frames, analysing quantitative data to crystallise key findings
Experience required:
- Extensive experience of research design and proposal writing in which the research design closely maps to the research objectives
- Detailed knowledge of qualitative research projective techniques
- Extensive experience of working in market research including having reached associate director level within a mixed commercial setting
- Experience of different types of qualitative research including running collaborative workshops.
- Experience of public sector market/social research would be an advantage
