Migration Support Analyst - CRM, Data Analytics, Data Manipulation.
Global professional services firm are looking for a Migration Support Analyst who will be responsible for the execution of custom tooling to facilitate the delivery of a major CRM project as directed by the CRM Data lead.
Key responsibilities:
*Act as part of the CRM team, delivering core competencies as directed by the Data Lead
*Management of process for upgrades, patches, fixes delivered by a third-party and the firm, including documentation of these
*Issue/task management for CRs, upgrades and test outcomes
*Data loading of Integration & Migration into CRM via vendor supplied tooling; data load and issue resolution via liaising with the firm and a third party
*Third party management for issue resolution for CRs, upgrades and test outcomes
*Ensuring technical documentation is provided for production handover
The ideal Migration Support Analyst will have proven software delivery and solution implementation skills; relational database experience, ideally Microsoft SQL and high technical aptitude to investigate and resolve problems.
Experience of the following is desirable:
*TRE BDS/Hubbard One experience
*Microsoft operating systems and toolset
*Data Analytics, Data Manipulation and Data Tooling
*A technical understanding of programming languages such as C#, .NET and web, and MS web server environments.
