Within Kaiser Permanente's Service Design and Integration (SD&I) team, the KP HealthConnect Integration team provides services in support of day to day operations by providing support for all delivery work requested by the regions and supporting national teams for ongoing code releases, upgrades and other maintenance activities.
We are looking for an individual who will perform the duties of a day to day Implementation Lead. The Implementation Lead will coordinate and manage day to day delivery work for KP HealthConnect. This will include documenting requests, preparing implementation plans, engaging resources, ensuring requests meet SLAs, are compliant and correct factoring in all interdependencies. Implementation Leads will be responsible for assigning the work and following it through to completion with appropriate turnover to the customer.
Essential Functions:
Reviewing all inbound requests and processing accordingly, aligning with cross functional teams to ensure changes are well planned to meet business needs while
adhering to published processes.
Overseeing the Change Management function to ensure alignment with Kaiser standards and compliance.
Development and facilitation of implementation plans for complex requests and upgrades, through execution and closure
Responsible for change execution and tracking of all assigned requests to completion
Minimum number of years of experience required: 5
