Description
Manages and is accountable for the day-to-day operations and strategies of natural gas transportation customers. Monitors and analyzes customers' natural gas usage. Must be able to navigate through internal processes and procedures while working within utility or pipeline guidelines to manage delivery volumes. Provide clerical and some administrative support. Utilize PC and Mainframe applications, such as Microsoft Office, Peoplesoft, Time, EERS, and PassPort proficiently. Develop customized reports provided by integrated systems, including Passport, PeopleSoft, Impromptu, etc, and MS Office applications. Use oral and written skills to present information.SKILLS:
Bachelor of Arts or Science in business related discipline, business or customer service and experience in a professional office environment required. Prior experience in another department within the company is desired, provided knowledge, education and experience qualifications are met.
