PROJECT SCOPE/TASKS

The scope of this project encompasses the following tasks and will be managed in alignment with the Information Security Roadmap Program:

  • Act as lead IAM Solution Architect and SME for the EIS Project, responsible for engineering IAM solutions and integrations with key systems, as well as, working closely with other IAM architects, vendors and business managers to interpret and apply business requirements and IAM designs
  • Architect, design, develop, and support maintenance of key functions in the identity and access management domain such as identity management, access management, directory management, single sign-on/reduced sign-on, provisioning life cycle, entitlement management and attestation for role based access systems, etc
  • Analyze and resolve complex authentication, integration and automation issues
  • Provide guidance on integrating the identity management authentication and authorization framework into new and existing applications across the entire enterprise
  • Analyze, develop and implement new identity management solutions based upon requirements while ensuring adherence to information security standards, custom development standards and corporate policy
  • Lead efforts to help define the roadmap, architecture and process standards for the identity management platform as part of the EIS Project
  • Collaborate with other team members across competencies such as PM's, analysts, and consultants

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

In addition, candidates must possess these requirements:

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
  • 7+ years IAM Solutions Architect experience, including experience with LDAP directories such as Microsoft Active Directory and authentication protocols such as NTLM and Kerberos
  • Three to five years full project life cycle experience, preferably in a large consulting environment
  • Knowledge of Oracle Identity prerequisite software: WebLogic Application Server, Oracle database, Oracle Unified Directory
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g Identity & Access Management products (eg OAM, OAAM, OIM, OUD, OIA, OIG, OES, etc)
  • Good working knowledge of the majority of the following products as they relate to a security initiative: IBM DB2, Oracle, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Tivoli Directory Server, Sun Directory Server, IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server/Apache, IIS, Weblogic Application Server, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OBIEE/BI Publisher, Crystal Reports
  • Experience with the majority of the following technologies as the relate to a security initiative: LDAP, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, EJB, ASP, .NET, Web Services, SAML, SPML, SOAP, XSLT, WS-Security, JDBC,  Client Server, VPN
  • Experience with projects requiring security framework compliance, (eg, ISO 27002, NIST 800-53, etc.)
  • Ability to create design documents and specifications to be communicated to the stakeholders
  • Ability to troubleshoot and isolate technical issues and make appropriate changes as necessary
  • Ability to make technical decisions regarding assigned tasks when presented with options
  • Knowledge of various operating systems including Windows, i5/OS, z/OS, HP/UX, AIX, Linux
  • Ability to follow detailed directions, multi-task, perform analytical thinking to complete necessary work
  • Ability to provide quality customer service and work cooperatively with client staff, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, research, and personal computer skills
  • Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and identity and access management best practices
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to synthesize key points/issues and present to stakeholders

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Additional highly desirable qualifications for this engagement include:

  • Experience with Microsoft .NET and ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, T-SQL, web browsers, XML, XML Web Services, SOAP, CSS, C# programming
  • Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science or related Business or Engineering field (In absence of Bachelors, 4 years of additional technical experience in implementing identity and access management solutions may serve as a trade-off)
