SKILLS:7+ years' software configuration experience required. 8+ years SAP experience. Must have SAP Global Template Development and deployment experience. International SAP Deployment experience is preferred, At least 1-2 complete life cycles implementation experience is must. Candidate must have excellent business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills. Should have experience working on country/regions specific solution development and implementation. Must be able to independently lead workshops, meeting with business users and work on architecting the solution options. Should have good understanding of logistic and supply chain business process scenarios and SAP solution options.
Experience working with SAP Order to Cash processes and Inter-company process using MM/SD process is must. Cross functional experience with SD/MM integration, SD/FI Integration is crucial for this role. SAP configuration knowledge around key O2C process such as standard Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Logistics Execution, Billing including Available to Promise (ATP), pricing, Scheduling agreements, Rebate processing, Advance Returns Management, Inter Company sales, Returns Process, consignment sales and third party sales.
Experience working in Logistic Execution, route determination, shipment is required. Hands on experience around EDI inbound and outbound process is required. Should have implemented and worked on RICEF, writing technical specifications, functional requirements. Experience working with HPQC testing tool, solution manager, data load/conversion tools like LSMW is preferred. Should have experience with end user training development and delivery.
