Site Acquisition Stability Coordinator
To support the Site Acquisition Department in the following activities: Coordination of all stability studies done by external engineers, Deliverables quality check, general reporting, data quality management, forecast updating.
The Site Acquisition Stability Coordinator will report to the BeLux Site Acquisition Manager.
Key accountabilities:
- Leads/drives the stability studies with external engineers.
- Responsible for the tracking tool update and the weekly status reporting.
- Manages the priority of action to perform in order to obtain the highest output as possible.
- Sets up and maintains global tracking on KPI/SLA and other performance indicators.
- Sets up and maintains a data quality layer on multiple reporting tools with a focus.
- Participates in transversal projects where needed.
- Contributes to the definition and improvement of deployment processes, methods and procedures.
- Participate to weekly meetings with the Site Acquisition Team Leader and customer.
Competencies:
General:
- Minimum Master degree or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 2 years of Project Coordination experience in Acquisition and/or network deployment, with deep knowledge of stability studies.
- Good comprehension & experience in Site Acquisition process & flow
- In depth knowledge of the Bright & MW outsourcing acquisition contracts
- Good knowledge of telecom business
- Fluent in French/English or Dutch/English.
