Description:Assists in the development and maintenance of network communications. Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks. Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
SKILLS:
Must have experience with Aspect UIP Platform; Should have at least 10 years working with Call Center telephony as an engineer (Sr. Level); Experience with AT&T Route It, Inova, Nexidia, all very beneficial; Experience with other platforms (Cisco, Avaya) is beneficial
