Support local training organizations in adopting and using Saba Enterprise Learning in their daily work.
Help users with problems and questions about the system.
Troubleshoot issues and work with global support team to resolve problems in a timely manner.
Report discovered bugs, feature requests and user suggestions to global support team.
Test compatibility and performance in local IT and network environment.
Support users in installation and use of client applications on mobile platforms.
IT experience (etc. database knowledge), experience of training management processes is an advantage.
Technologically oriented person, knowledge of cloud services and ERP systems is an advantage.
