SENIOR SAP SD BUSINESS ANALYST - £65 000 - HAMPSHIREA Global multi billion pound organisation is seeking an SAP SD Senior Business Analyst who conducts research as well as monitors, maintains, and optimizes business solutions.
The position on offer will be a high profile role in which the successful candidate will play a key role globally in the continued support and development in the sales and distribution module.
This position requires knowledge of business processes in SAP within the Sales and Distribution (SD).
Key Responsibilities for Senior SAP SD Business Analyst:
- As a SAP SD Analyst you will be able to gather user requirements to develop solutions, critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, identify functionality gaps and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze information needs and functional requirements
- Communicate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs
- Liaise with users to define concepts under direction of project leaders
- Serve as the conduit between the user community and the software development team through which requirements flow
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates
- Liaise between the business, business users at all levels
- Adhere to company's Global IT Policies & Procedures
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications for SAP SD Business Analyst position will include:
- Strong hands on experience of SD configuration
- Minimum 3 full project life-cycles
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels
- Hands on SM knowledge highly desirable
- Knowledge of other SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, IM, etc.)
- Ideally educated in Computer Science
