I am currently working with an NHS client looking for a Strategic Analyst to provide expertise and analysis surrounding PBR and SLAM/SLA and towork closely with the Senior Business Analyst and other Directors, Senior Managers, Clinicians and colleagues internally and externally to ensure the provision of information to support the Trusts strategies are availableYou will provide advice on SLA and manage SLAM monitoring and Payment by Results. He/She will offer support, expertise and analysis and .
The Client is looking for a logical and clear thinking individual with analytical and communication skills together with NHS working experience and the ability to understand business requirements. This is an exciting role and there will be opportunities to play a pivotal role in shaping the opportunity further.
The Ideal candidate should be the following:
* Highly numerate and analytical.
* Experienced with MS SQL Server including advanced SQL
* Experienced with SLA/SLAM reporting and PbR
* Enthusiastic and capable of working under pressure and to tight deadlines and to work both as part of a team and individually
