Responsibilities:
Your primary job is to sell our software products and related professional services and training.
  • You will be required to work with channel partners and direct customers to generate revenue as directed by management.
  • You will be required to identify, qualify and close new opportunities. This role involves the management of accounts including the entire sales process from business development, prospecting and presenting through contract negotiations, signing and post sales support.
  • You will be expected to add to and develop both the short and long term sales pipeline from quarter to quarter.
  • You will be required to meet or exceed the quarterly and half yearly sales targets.
  • You will be expected to forecast sales accurately and in a timely fashion in line with the internal forecasting timetable.
  • You will be expected to provide quotations, assist with RFP responses, marketing materials and other relevant deliverables to meet and support customer requirements.
  • You will be required to maintain close face to face relationships with new and existing customers.


Key requirements:

The ideal candidate will have customer facing sales experience and a proven track record of building and implementing sales strategy within a territory, and ensuring that relevant actions are completed and sales targets are consistently being achieved and exceeded.

Specifically the candidate will have/be:
  • Preferably degree-qualified, with a minimum of 7 years of recent sales experience and a track-record of achievement against target within the software sector.

  • Strong knowledge of IT and interest in the identity authentication and security market sector.

  • Proven business development and software solutions selling skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills; organized and systematic in thinking and working.

  • Highly motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work with the UK Technical Team and headquarters functions.

  • Proven ability to sell complex software solutions directly and through major channel partners and to be able to articulate the solution, business value and return on investment.

  • Excellent sales prospecting, qualifying and sales closing skills.

  • Adaptable, flexible and able to do quality work under tight deadlines.


The post holder will be required to spend at least part of the week when not visiting customers based in our office in Lutterworth. The post requires travel within the territory when required. Sthree UK is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
