Calypso Developer
This is a 4-6 month contract role with the possibility of extension. Hourly rate will be based on experience level. Looking for 2+ years of Calypso development experience.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2-3 year of experience of development on the Calypso Platform (including experience on Calypso Configurations, OTC derivative workflows, report configurations, etc.).
-5-7 years of experience on experience in software development with experience on Java, J2EE, Swing, JDBC, RMI, J2EE, UNIX, Oracle, XML technologies.
-Must have basic knowledge of product structures, trade workflows, trade events etc. in all or some of asset classes (IR, FX, Commodities, Credit).
-Experience of working on FPML, FIX protocol is required.
-Understanding for APIs required to extend or add data to the Calypso system, and to build interfaces between Calypso and external systems.
-Experience designing/building front-to-back capital markets trade capture and work flow processing systems will be especially valuable.
