Job Description
The SAP Security Analyst is responsible for security support, configuration and maintenance of the SAP ECC, BW/BI and GRC systems according to operational and business needs. The scope of support includes development and maintenance of SAP security roles, user profiles and segregation of duties maintenance and compliance analysis via GRC across multiple SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities
Utilize the SAP profile generator to create new and modify existing SAP security roles.
Troubleshoot existing user roles, security objects and authorizations to resolve issues.
Maintain and implement security policies and procedures as directed/needed.
Work with the SAP functional team and business liaisons in refining or changing SAP roles.
Utilize the segregation of duty (SOD) system tool GRC to validate user role assignments and modifications to roles and profiles.
Possess knowledge and understanding of system landscape and migration flow.
Support unit and integration testing of roles.
Perform regular system audits to detect deviations of established procedures, role mapping unauthorized system activity and report findings.
Work with internal and external audit on SAP security related matters.
Monitor progress on work queues to ensure that all open items are being resolved in a timely manner.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline with an IT focus and/or equivalent work experience.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of analysis, development, and maintenance of SAP Security.
Experience with SAP GRC 10.0 desired or SAP GRC 5.3.
Understanding of segregation of duties and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations with respect to application security.
Good listening and influencing skills; a strong customer focus is a must.
Ability to work with multiple business units, landscapes and project teams simultaneously.
Solid organization, time management, and project estimating skills.
Strong technical documentation, problem solving and analytical skills.
Team-oriented interpersonal skills.
Experience participating in compliance audits is preferred.
Experience in a full-cycle large scale SAP implementation project is a plus.
Familiarity with SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, BW processes is a plus.
