Sr Project Manager CR-768979
We have an IMMEDIATE need for a Senior level Project Manager with Data Center experience. This is a long-term, contract position located in North Dallas with the work able to be done on-site and remotely.
Qualified individual will play a key quality role within the team and initially focus on the decommission and management of the T-14 cadence (validation of readiness two weeks ahead of transitions) for all cut-overs.
REQUIRED:
1. Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Project Manager with a strong background in enterprise level Data Center projects.
2. Experience in managing matrixed technical and administrative teams.
3. Hands-on experience in working directly with customer account managers.
4. Strong scheduling and task management background using MS Office applications such as Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
5. Experience working on projects with multiple Project Managers.
6. Ability to overcome obstacles and delivery required tasks with a high level of quality.
7. Strong communication and progress reporting.
8. Experience working remotely and managing remote teams.
9. Basic technical understanding of network and Firewall architecture and familiarity working for a Tier-1 service provider.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
CERTIFICATION:
PMP highly desired!
