Description
iOS Developer using xCode - 3Months - £300 P/DI am seeking an intelligent and confident Mobile Application Developer with a strong sense of aesthetics and an eye for good design for a 3 month contract in Southampton. The focus of this role is Native iOS development using xCode and Objective C. You will be joining a team of C#, .NET and Titanium developers delivering technical and business solutions to a wide array of B2B clients in a drupal environment. Our fast paced, deadline driven environment requires the ability to work quickly but with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and modify iOS mobile applications according to customer requirements
- Create great user experiences on mobile devices for customer applications using strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Become an integral member of the digital development team, while maintaining ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery of mobile applications
- Develop back-end services and Web APIs for mobile apps and integrate back-end authentication, push notification, storage and data services into mobile apps
- Multi-task and track time efficiently by project
Skills & Requirements
- Applicable B.S. or equivalent
- iOS mobile application development experience
- Excellent xCode/Objective-C skills
- Fluency in multiple programming languages/application development tools such as C#, .NET Java, J2EE, JQuery Mobile, etc
- Strong written and verbal English communication and organizational skills
- Process-oriented with ability to work with different UI materials and rapid prototyping
- Experience with various version control systems (Subversion, Git, TFS, etc.)
- Agile development experience a plus
