QA Manager with 8 - 10 years experience required for a pharmaceutical company in Dublin. The successful candidate will have management experience and excellent regulatory and systems experience.Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical manufacturing company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join its team on a permanent basis. This is a role with a growing company.
Role Responsibilities - Quality Assurance Manager
-Responsible for all QA operations ensuring compliance with ICH guidelines
-Set the direction of the QA department
-Organise any necessary training
-Develop and maintain effective QA systems
-Identify market trends and communicate finding to the necessary stakeholders
-Implement lean manufacturing processes
Role Requirements - Quality Assurance Manager
-Minimum of 8 - 10 years of Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical sector
-Will have a Scientific or Engineering degree
-Supervisory experience is a must
-Have an excellent understanding of the EU GMP regulations
-Have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team
-Ability to lead from the front and influence team members
Experience with Lean and Six Sigma techniques advantageous
