Description
Responsibilities:Manage vendor deliverables/milestones for an approximately 100 project site acquisition program from site candidate selection through site acquisition completion; leasing, A&E drawings, zoning, building permits, regulatory and stakeholder signoff. Collaborate on creative solutions to drive milestone duration efficiency; Process and manage vendor POs; Maintain project schedules; Process leases, zoning apps, permit requests and all related payments. Manage schedules and budget, validate vendor deliverables at key milestones, supervise construction prep/close out. Single Point of contact on end to end management of assigned projects, completing projects within allotted timeline and budget. Clarifies and develops project scope, detailed work plans, schedules, objectives, estimates coordinates activities of the project team, identifying resources and implementation strategy.
SKILLS:
Bachelor of Business/Engineering/Math/Science degree or equivalent experience preferred;
Minimum 8 years managing large complex network technical projects, preferably with a Fortune 500 company;
Cell site leasing;
Cell site zoning;
Cell site permitting;
Cell site regulatory;
Cell site design;
Cell site power;
Telco engineering;
Team player;
Excellent communication - oral/written & reporting;
Organization;
MS Office software suite, including MS Project Visio experience;
Process oriented and be flexible to meet the needs of the business;
Understanding of network equipment and architecture systems and operations;
Wireless/cellular network deployment experience and wireless engineering;
PMP certification a plus
