Sharepoint Developer (SC) - Contract - Somerset - £Competitive
Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a Sharepoint Developer to work for a leading civil client based in Somerset on a contract basis.
This developer is required to provide skills in the areas of workflow, site template design, page design and custom functionality within 2007, 2010 and 2013 environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing bespoke web parts in Visual Studio and customising the look and feel of SharePoint up to 2013 level.
- Support business content owners across internal and external sites
- To provide SharePoint as a service to the business, and develop and configure sites and web portals
- Design and develop workflows to automate business process
- Design and develop reusable/configurable custom web parts
Experience required:
- Extensive knowledge of how to leverage the existing SharePoint web parts to provide business solutions
- Experience with SharePoint 2007, 2010 & 2013, as well as SQL Server 2005 & 2008 R2 and the related SSIS, SSRS, SSAS technologies
- Previous development using .NET and C# would be ideal
- Due to the nature of the client it would be an advantage for candidates to hold or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance
