Description
Responsibilities include:- Coordination and supervision of all completion, and exploitation activities in the Permian Basin
- Actively involved in the evaluation and planning of new projects and the expansion of existing projects
- Oversight of the preparation of completion-related Authorizations for Expenditures and procedures, cost control of capital projects, evaluating services and suppliers for these activities, and assurance of a safe work environment
- Participation in the annual drilling budget process
- Ability to work in a team environment to help complete annual goals
- Execution of company HSE policies & procedures
Required Skills
The qualified candidate will possess a degree in Petroleum Engineering or a minimum of 10 years of equivalent related field experience with production and stimulation processes and equipment. Requires a thorough knowledge of Permian Basin fracturing and well completion techniques, stimulation fluid, proppants and designs, and production equipment. Strong written and verbal communication skills a must. Working knowledge of Production Access and Excalibur a plus. This is a key position in the success of a growing company.
