Computer Futures are currently looking for a C#.Net / SQL Software Team Leader to join a Key client based in Bristol. To manage software design, development, integration and unit test activities across a range of projects. You will be responsible for all applications and software delivery for the business including applications for the companies physical products along side all the web and desktop applications for the business.The role will include:
Working with the Design Manager on requirements capture and analysis.
Leading the software development team through all stages of the development process
Contribution to strategic design and the product roadmap and resource planning.
Playing an active role in software development, validation and verification (unit, module, integration, system and acceptance testing). You will need very strong C#.Net Experience and SQL Database experience. Desirable skills will be UML or other design tools and experience with working on the Embedded Windows Platform.
The successful candidate will oversee and motivate a team of multi-disciplined specialists to achieve programme results and customer deliverables in a timely and accurate manner, whilst contributing to the overall strategic development.
The successful candidate will assist in business development activities by contributing to proposal documents for new prospects to expand the work stream.
