Description
I am currently recruiting for an experienced IT Services Operations Manager for a 3 - 6 month contract for an NHS client to start in the next week in the Northern Home Counties.Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 15 to include Service Analysts, Technical and Infrastructure staff
- Help-desk management - ensure calls are managed in a timely fashion with SLA
- Problem Management
- Change Management / Escalation
- BAU - Business as usual of existing projects
- Dealing with technical roll-outs
- Technical knowledge of Server 2008, virtulisation, Active direct,
Must have:
- Previous IT Operations experience
- ITIL
- Strong technical knowledge
- Worked with managed services previously
Desirable:
- Worked with Windows VDI 7
- VM Ware moving to Hyper V
- Pronce2
Duration 3 - 6 months
