Description
- Ensures that all products sourced from third party suppliers products comply with internal and regulatory standards
- Ensure the company QMS complies with appropriate European directives (MDD/PPE) and ISO13485/ISO9001
- Implement QMS ISO/MDD/PPE improvements
- Ensure all changes to products are captured in CE Technical Files where appropriate
- Host Regulatory body and customer audits where applicable
- Ensure the company products are compliant with all applicable Regulatory standard updates
- Ensure the company products comply with Regulatory Affairs updates
- Process all customer/supplier complaints in accordance with SOP
- Perform and report internal and supplier audits to agreed schedule. Ensuring corrective actions are completed to schedule
- Deputise for Technical QA Manager if needed
- Give technical advice and training where appropriate
- Analyse Quality KPI's and implement CAPA's where appropriate
