Description
2~3 years' work experience in contract management or project management of telecommunication/IT/civil engineering projects
Manage key account contracts by involving in bidding, contract negotiation, in charge for billing plan, contract deliverability review, contract handshake and analysis, contract fulfillment management, risk monitoring, change management including negotiation, loss compensation, verify billing documents and resolve issues affecting billing approval, and contract closure.
Communication frequently internally with different departments, Back Office and externally with customer.
Follow internal process and be able to resolve issues by escalating or closely coordinating with other team members.
Bachelor's degree in relevant majors - telecommunications/IT/civil engineering, finance, commerce etc.
Fluent English and Chinese. Arabic is preferable.
Candidate must be self motivated, a fast leaner, can work under pressure, adapting to a dynamic environment and team work oriented. Good communication skill is key.
