Description

To provide comprehensive high quality customer- focused training for an Oracle R12 implementation project that spans HR, OLM, OPM, Payroll, Finance and Purchasing
To work with SMEs to create self-service HR elearning: combining business processes and policies (the Lambeth 'educational wrapper') with Oracle transactional content
To deliver self-service HR awareness seminars to large groups of Lambeth staff: including live system demonstrations and an educational overview of the self-service functions within the Lambeth context.
To implement a range of training interventions in support of the change programme including self-service awareness seminars and staff drop-in sessions; ensuring all training targets and objectives are achieved
To develop HR SS R12 training content using Oracle UPK: experience of Oracle UPK or similar elearning software required
To develop HR user guides and job aids including self-service user guides for employees and managers
Ensure that all training is aligned with testing material and process flows delivered by the systems integrator

Ability to analyse complex issues to make sound judgments on the information available and present it to diverse audiences in a clear and concise manner
Commitment to assume personal responsibility for making decisions, identifying solutions and achieving the best possible outcomes
Strong understanding of different ways of working and culture within a large organisation
Extensive knowledge of training delivery especially around Oracle systems associated with self-service and integrated business functions (HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement and Purchasing)
Experience of developing elearning content in Oracle UPK
Functional knowledge and experience of Oracle R12 or R11 EBS (particularly Core HR, Self Service (manager and employee), OPM and OLM)
Proven track record of delivering training and developing HR training, course material and elearning
Worked within local government or public sector environment
To demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to Equalities and Diversity in both service delivery to the community, in relationships with colleagues and in employment practices
To possess a flexible approach to work to include hot desking and different working patterns
