Your tasks:
- Participate with operational and development groups in the elaboration of functional requirements
- Analyze operational requirements and change requests and provide feasibility studies and sizing
- Write and maintain functional specification
- Participate to the qualification phase of the solutions and provide functional sign-off
- Host and run user groups or similar forums with stakeholders
- Participate to the definition of Automation and Monitoring strategy
- Design user interfaces in compliance with Usability Standards
Your qualifications
- Very good experience in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis
- Good experience in writing specifications for development processes
- Familiar with Desktop office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Rational Rose UML ideally or similar applications)
- Strong technical skills (UML, Object oriented Design, User Interface design, XML / Edifact)
- Knowledge on Linux/Unix and Relational databases
- Experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
